Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, and functional enhancements.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Zuora Billing, Salesforce, and third-party payment platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver scalable long-term solutions.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical architectures.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on project goals, timelines, and Quote-to-Cash objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical concepts to business audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience with Zuora Billing implementations and support.
- Strong command of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of the Zuora data and object model.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, and payment processing workflows.
- Proven experience integrating Zuora with major CRM systems and payment gateways.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
