Responsibilities
- Embed with customers and partners to understand their operations and identify processes suited to agentic automation.
- Design real-world business processes as agentic flows on Ema, including agent, integration, and human-in-the-loop decisions.
- Build working demos and partner showcases that demonstrate the solution’s value.
- Own technical conversations, address objections, and prove that proposed solutions work.
- Implement won solutions as live production agentic workflows that customers trust and adopt.
- Own customer outcomes from the initial conversation through production usage.
Requirements
- Ability to write some code and use Ema’s agentic platform to build working demos.
- Ability to understand customer operations and identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Ability to design agentic workflows, make architecture decisions, and determine integrations and human-in-the-loop points.
- Strong persuasive communication skills for connecting customer pain points to Ema’s value proposition and handling technical objections.
- Product-minded approach to simplifying complex business processes into streamlined agentic flows.
- AI-first working style and ability to use agents to increase personal productivity.
- Applicants may come from management consulting, product management, engineering, entrepreneurship, or other backgrounds with demonstrated ability to deliver.
