Responsibilities
- Work onsite with customer analysts and operators to identify important questions, operational friction, and mission needs.
- Locate and evaluate relevant datasets and partner with engineers to incorporate them into reliable, scalable pipelines.
- Design customer-specific workflows, run training and enablement sessions, and support broad product adoption.
- Present findings, recommendations, and product demonstrations to audiences ranging from frontline analysts to senior executives.
- Diagnose customer and project issues, remove blockers, and implement practical fixes.
- Own project operational health, including progress, metrics, schedules, budgets, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Build processes and tools that improve use of people, time, and resources.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to incorporate field lessons into broader product offerings.
- Evaluate opportunities in new industries and geographies and support new initiatives.
Requirements
- Current US security clearance at the top secret level or above.
- Willingness to travel between 25% and 40% or work at a customer site 40%–75% of the time, depending on team and location.
- Comfort working independently on open-ended problems in unstructured, fast-moving environments.
- Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to track project metrics accurately.
- Clear, confident communication and ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical tools such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus.
- Experience with AI prompt engineering and agent building is a plus.
