Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
- Use PostgreSQL for data modeling and query optimization.
- Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS, with ECS preferred.
- Own features end-to-end from design through production.
- Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and enhance workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience building and shipping complex features in production systems.
- A proven track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience contributing to 0-to-1 product development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS; ECS experience is a plus.
- Proficiency using AI tools in daily development workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Passion or interest in improving mental healthcare outcomes.
- Experience in HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech environments is preferred.
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions in production is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required for remote collaboration.
