Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end AI and machine learning lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model development, optimization, deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Design, develop, and train machine learning, deep learning, and large-scale models for natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI challenges.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on large-scale, semi-structured datasets.
- Write clean, production-ready software and participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and testing.
- Research and prototype emerging AI and machine learning techniques, including explainable AI, federated learning, and multimodal models.
- Collaborate with product or project managers, data engineers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- By the start date, complete at least 30 college-level credit hours, preferably in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Be a U.S. citizen, reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work in the United States.
- Have a strong foundation in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Have proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language, preferably Python.
- Have experience with or knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Have experience with large-scale datasets and data preprocessing.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Git is preferred.
