Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications for cloud contact center environments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related activities.
- Support the team by building knowledge and participating in problem-solving discussions.
- Document application configurations and design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify process and tooling enhancements.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in cloud contact center implementation.
- Proficiency in cloud contact center implementation.
- Experience with cloud-based communication platforms and integration techniques.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues in cloud contact center environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation.
- 15 years of full-time education.
