Machine Learning Engineer

- Design and evolve low-latency inference solutions for Computer Vision and NLP models in production, optimizing throughput, resource consumption, and response times.
- Manage the lifecycle of LLMs and VLMs from exploration and context engineering through production implementation of agentic multimedia workflows.
- Build rigorous, reproducible evaluation pipelines to measure changes in models, prompts, and workflows while mitigating regressions and hallucinations.
- Apply data-driven prompt learning and continuous iteration to improve solution recall and precision.
- Lead architectural design and define clear components and contracts using Spec Driven Development before implementation.
- Develop large-scale data pipelines supporting model training, fine-tuning, and continuous evaluation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated command of the full training, evaluation, and inference lifecycle for Computer Vision and NLP models.
- Experience optimizing and serving low-latency models with PyTorch, HuggingFace, ONNX, and high-performance inference engines such as vLLM or Llama.cpp.
- Practical experience with LLM solution lifecycles, including advanced Context Engineering, RAG, and systematic Prompt Iteration or Prompt Learning.
- Experience developing and orchestrating complex agentic workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, or the Google SDK.
- Experience configuring and analyzing LLM evaluation metrics with frameworks such as LangSmith, Ragas, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of efficient fine-tuning techniques such as QLoRA for adapting foundation models to business use cases.
- Advanced Python proficiency with software engineering practices including Clean Architecture, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building large-scale data pipelines with BigQuery and advanced SQL for training and evaluation datasets.
