Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML systems for personalization, recommendations, and fraud detection.
- Develop taxonomy and ontology structures for content understanding and classification.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve discovery and user experiences.
- Apply graph-based techniques to enhance retrieval and personalization.
- Develop and deploy high-throughput, fault-tolerant ML services.
- Lead initiatives to optimize ML system performance using relevant metrics.
- Streamline ML workflows and establish standardized procedures.
- Work with a diverse set of tools including Python, AWS, and Docker.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning or applied ML engineering.
- Extensive experience with search and retrieval, recommendation, and personalization systems.
- Proven ability to design and deploy end-to-end ML systems.
- Familiarity with catalogs, taxonomies, and entity resolution.
- Experience with graph databases and knowledge graphs.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field is preferred.
