Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance data-center network monitoring services.
  • Optimize network data collection, processing, and visualization tools.
  • Create real-time network alert systems using trained learning algorithms for anomaly detection and fault localization.
  • Collaborate with network engineers to develop automated network fault diagnosis and troubleshooting analysis services.
  • Develop a network metadata platform that provides real-time network status and trend metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with network monitoring and alarm systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one of Java, C++, or Python, with the ability to read and understand other programming languages.
  • In-depth understanding of networking protocols and the TCP/IP stack.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Electrical Engineering bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
  • Master's or Ph.D. with networking research experience is a plus.
  • Practical or research experience with network monitoring and alert systems and a strong foundation in big-data processing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Telemetry, SNMP, Syslog, sFlow, Erspan, or INT is a plus.
