Responsibilities
- Train and educate global teams on Power Platform development and security best practices through workshops and orientation sessions.
- Guide architects and developers on Power Platform architecture and design principles during business-project engagements.
- Review solution designs, objectives, and technologies and recommend modifications aligned with Power Platform principles.
- Create repeatable integration and configuration patterns with Segment and enterprise architects.
- Design and guide AI-agent business solutions using Copilot Studio.
- Support the Enterprise Technology Services Power Platform team in delivering capable, governed, and compliant services.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience as a Cloud developer.
- At least 5 years of experience as a pro-code Power Platform or Dynamics 365 developer.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Power Platform or Dynamics solutions architect or lead engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Power Platform CLI.
- Strong experience analyzing business and security requirements across multiple Power Platform projects.
- Expert knowledge of Dataverse and Dataverse security, Power Apps, and Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
- Knowledge of Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Akamai, and Power BI with Fabric.
- Strong experience with Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SQL, Data Lake, Service Bus, and Application Insights.
- Experience designing and developing multiple Dynamics apps in the same Dynamics environment using common core entities and data.
- Experience administering Power Platform environments, capacity, licensing, and custom tooling.
- Power Platform developer and architect certifications are desirable.
- Experience in large, complex environments is preferred.
