Base Salary
$127k - $236k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train and educate global teams through workshops on Power Platform development, architecture, governance, and security best practices.
- Guide architects and developers on Power Platform architecture and design principles during business-project engagements.
- Review existing designs, objectives, and technologies and recommend modifications aligned with Power Platform principles.
- Develop repeatable integration and configuration patterns with Segment and Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Support the Enterprise Technology Services Power Platform team in delivering a capable, governed, and compliant enterprise service.
- Guide the definition and design of business-focused AI agents using Copilot Studio.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience as a cloud developer.
- Five years of experience as a pro-code Power Platform/Dynamics 365 developer.
- Five years of experience as a Power Platform/Dynamics solutions architect or lead engineer.
- Two years of experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Power Platform CLI.
- Strong experience analyzing business and security requirements across multiple Power Platform projects.
- Expert knowledge of Dataverse and Dataverse security, Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps, and Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
- Knowledge of Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Akamai, and Power BI/Fabric.
- Strong experience with Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SQL, Data Lake, Service Bus, and Application Insights.
- Experience designing and developing multiple Dynamics apps in the same Dynamics environment using shared core entities and data.
- Experience with Power Platform administration, including environments, capacity, licensing, and custom tooling.
- Power Platform developer and architect certifications are desirable.
- Experience in large, complex environments is preferred.
