Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Angular web applications for corporate and institutional banking customers.
- Build responsive, accessible, high-performance user interfaces using Angular and React best practices.
- Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs and backend services using Java/Spring Boot, .NET, and Node.js.
- Create and maintain database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions, and optimize SQL queries and data access.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to microservices, API-first, distributed, and event-driven architectures, including modernization for real-time payments.
- Implement secure coding practices involving SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, encryption, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation, testing, code reviews, application scans, production releases, and issue resolution.
- Mentor team members, contribute to design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall technology experience, including significant Angular and full-stack development experience in banking or financial services.
- Proven experience architecting mission-critical, high-volume, regulated systems.
- Knowledge of payment rails, clearing models, settlement mechanisms, payment lifecycles, and domestic and cross-border payment processing.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022 and other financial messaging standards.
- Experience with enterprise and solution architecture in banking or payments, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, and Azure cloud.
- Strong skills in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, state management, Java, .NET, Node.js, databases, and SQL optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, application code scans, security architecture, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
