$202k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop robust and safe machine learning algorithms for complex autonomous-driving environments.
- Implement end-to-end AI methods for autonomy pipelines using large-scale real-world driving data.
- Architect scalable ML systems, including management of upstream sensor dependencies.
- Design and build scalable, highly available ML technology solutions with other engineers.
- Improve datasets through advanced sensor data collection, processing, and auto-labeling.
- Collaborate with platform, product, security, big data, compute, and cloud engineering teams to deploy ML techniques into production.
Requirements
- 4+ years of working experience in the ML or robotics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Preferred: experience in autonomous driving.
- Preferred: a proven track record deploying ML models in safety-critical physical systems.
- Preferred: a Master’s or PhD in Computer Vision, Robotics, or Machine Learning.
- Preferred: familiarity with C++ and high-performance computing.

- For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles, the base salary range is USD $202,000-$224,000 per year.
