Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges and translate needs into technology solutions.
- Lead coordination of integration activities to support seamless solution delivery.
- Design functional and application frameworks aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Monitor project progress and address integration challenges to maintain delivery timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Provide solutions across the immediate team and multiple teams as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience, including a minimum of 7.5 years using IBM Watsonx.
- Proficiency in IBM Watsonx and experience designing and implementing integration solutions on the platform.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and business process workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with API management and middleware technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
