Responsibilities
- Craft end-to-end technology solutions and designs that meet client standards for availability, security, resilience, and performance.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to architects and project stakeholders.
- Lead key architecture designs aligned with long-term client IT strategy and short-term project requirements.
- Perform early triage and shape IT initiatives to support investment decisions and delivery planning.
- Produce design artifacts supporting service, security, architecture, and engineering needs.
- Supervise the integrity of end-to-end solutions, including transition states toward the target architecture.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, technology, or related areas.
- Engineering graduate or graduate with relevant experience.
- Excellent design and architecture skills with strong technical experience across varied business scenarios or domain specialisms.
- Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle methods, primarily agile delivery methods.
- Financial acumen to support business cases and key design decisions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship management, influence, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance long-term architectural direction with short-term delivery goals.
- Cloud technology experience, especially Amazon Web Services, is desirable.
- Experience with Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimiser, and Adobe Experience Platform is desirable.
