Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own Adobe Experience Platform architecture, including XDM schema governance, identity resolution strategy, merge policies, and RTCDP audience design.
- Design cross-product integration patterns across Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Target.
- Architect edge infrastructure using Web SDK, Mobile SDK, Edge Network, Datastreams, and event forwarding.
- Define batch and streaming data ingestion strategies and establish data quality and hygiene standards.
- Drive sandbox promotion governance and own release readiness standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, strengthen observability, and apply site reliability engineering best practices.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client enterprise architects and present architecture trade-offs and roadmap recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform and hands-on experience with one or more RTCDP, CJA, AJO, and Data Distiller modules.
- Working knowledge of implementing and enhancing Adobe Experience Platform changes according to technical design specifications.
- Strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, decision orchestration, and personalization.
- Understanding of Adobe Experience Platform APIs and deployment processes.
- Understanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real-Time Customer Profile, Segmentation Service, and Data Science Workspace.
- Experience working with customers, digital marketing data, segmentation opportunities, and measurement and analysis techniques and technologies.
- In-depth understanding of integrated Adobe Experience Cloud architecture.
- Excellent client management, written and verbal communication, and executive-level presence.
- Ability to develop alternate solutions for complex technical and functional scenarios.
- Experience working in on-off models and multi-vendor environments.
