Base Salary
$86k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced software applications using object-oriented, procedural, declarative, and scripting languages.
- Analyze requirements, write code, troubleshoot application issues, and implement new functionality across different platforms.
- Participate in test-driven development, behavior-driven development, paired programming, regression testing, peer reviews, planning meetings, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to design customer-focused solutions and contribute across multiple product lines.
- Continuously learn emerging technologies and provide feedback to improve team and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science.
- 1–3 years of information systems technology experience.
- Knowledge of TDD and BDD is required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, collaboration, and learning skills.
- Ability to work in a paired-programming environment and maintain a customer-focused approach.

- Starting base pay is $86,100.00–$115,000.00 per year, with eligibility for a performance-based incentive program for full-time positions.
