Responsibilities
- Partner with Account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape adoption-focused proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagement requests.
- Lead technical design for enterprise AI solutions and integrate models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues, identify core product bugs, and test workarounds to remove delivery roadblocks.
- Act as the liaison to Product and Engineering teams by troubleshooting systemic deployment blockers and translating field feedback into feature requests.
- Own implementation strategy and the technical reality of delivery alongside customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience reading or debugging code in a general-purpose programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise integrations including APIs, enterprise content management systems, identity, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Experience leading technical delivery strategies, debugging systems, and interfacing directly with product and engineering organizations.
- Preferred: experience orchestrating specialized technical resources for complex builds and influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Preferred: ability to solve novel technical problems, diagnose bugs, handle ambiguity, and develop architectural solutions.
- Preferred: excellent executive communication skills for translating technical integration issues into business impact.
