Responsibilities
- Develop native mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
- Build polished mobile user interfaces, including high-performance animations.
- Work on mobile SDKs, integrations, analytics, advertising, and attribution frameworks as required by client projects.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive initiatives across client organizations.
- Guide technical and business teams in selecting appropriate technologies.
- Contribute to discovery, concepting, architectural decisions, iterative delivery, and long-term technical direction.
- Own testing, debugging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production quality throughout the development cycle.
- Contribute to backend, API, or cloud infrastructure work when useful to the project.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in native iOS development using Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Strong professional experience in native Android development using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Several years of experience developing sufficient depth across both mobile ecosystems.
- Experience taking ownership of testing and the full development cycle through production delivery.
- Experience with production app monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders on challenging and ambiguous problems.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup across the office, client premises, and remote locations.
- Preferred qualifications include SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, reactive programming, Flutter, C++, backend development, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, polished animations, and Finnish language skills.
