Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using industry best practices and modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement features that improve user experience and system performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure code quality and performance through comprehensive testing and debugging.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of technology solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and integrate relevant technologies into BNY’s engineering capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Typically 5–9 years of experience.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks with expertise in full-stack development.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
