Base Salary
$120k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work on programs from initial conversations through to deployment and iteration.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical constraints into actionable decisions.
- Partner with teams to architect integrations and configurations for the Opus platform.
- Build new software solutions, including standalone applications and custom workflows.
- Ship products quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
- Provide insights from field learnings to inform platform development.
Requirements
- Strong builder with high ownership and comfort in ambiguous environments.
- AI-native with a proven ability to leverage AI for faster execution.
- Proficient across the entire tech stack, from UI/UX to backend systems.
- Strong product instincts with a focus on what to build.
- Experience working directly with customers to translate needs into solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
