Product Engineers own the full lifecycle of full-stack products, from discovering user problems to shipping and operating production software. This is a high-autonomy, 0-to-1 role working directly with manufacturing operators and customers.

Build high-performance frontend applications that help manufacturing engineers review and transform complex 2D drawings, PDFs, and 3D CAD models into structured manufacturing data. You’ll work across React, graphics-heavy interfaces, agent-driven workflows, and product discovery for autonomous factories.

Build the identity and access foundation for Hadrian’s API Platform across multi-cloud, Kubernetes, and factory-floor systems. This founding Staff Software Engineer role owns IAM architecture, developer experiences, and secure-by-default standards end to end.

Build software that orchestrates industrial machinery and automated manufacturing cells within Hadrian’s autonomous factories. You’ll connect robots, machines, technicians, and factory data systems to bring advanced production systems into operation.

Lead the Forward Deployed Engineering function at Hadrian, owning technical outcomes for major government, defense, and manufacturing programs from initial scoping through production. Build and lead multidisciplinary teams while staying hands-on across architecture, product delivery, and customer execution.

Build and own workforce and workload identity systems across corporate, cloud, and factory environments as a hands-on Senior Identity Engineer. You’ll automate least-privilege access, strengthen security, and help engineers work efficiently with identity platforms and modern authorization models.

Own security end to end for Hadrian’s Factory-as-a-Service platform, spanning application code, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, identity, and factory-floor operational technology. Build automated guardrails and incident-response capabilities while establishing the security foundation for a rapidly growing team.
