Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own security end-to-end across the application code, cloud infrastructure, and operational technology systems.
- Scale security through automation by building tooling and automation loops.
- Investigate unfamiliar systems to identify risks and design appropriate controls.
- Transform compliance requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Respond to security incidents and implement systemic fixes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in security engineering, software engineering, or infrastructure/platform engineering.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Go or Python.
- Experience with agentic systems and automation.
- Ability to make sound decisions under uncertainty and weigh risk against innovation.
- A track record of improving security processes and controls.
