Base Salary
$200k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software interfaces for industrial machines, PLCs, and manufacturing equipment.
- Create human-machine interfaces for technicians to control and monitor industrial automation.
- Integrate automated manufacturing systems into Hadrian factories.
- Build data-logging pipelines for connected devices supporting operational planning and factory scheduling.
- Collaborate with robotics, engineering, and operations teams to conceptualize, deploy, and upgrade manufacturing cells.
- Travel up to 10% of the year as the company scales across the country.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or C#.
- Ability and willingness to work directly with hardware on the factory floor.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and deliver complex systems on schedule.
- Must meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements, including being a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required authorizations.
