Base Salary
$231k - $314k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scale document ingestion and processing growing at 10x every six months.
- Design massive data collection systems spanning more than 50 legal jurisdictions.
- Build government-level security for governments and firms.
- Lead projects delivering AI experiences across web, desktop, mobile, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and API channels.
- Build AI-platform and AI-native features, including agentic orchestration layers, tool calls, and retrieval systems.
- Develop full-stack systems with intuitive user experiences, robust APIs, streaming results, long-running processes, and complex tool-calling workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of post-BS/MS experience in a product-focused full-stack software engineering role.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, CSS, TailwindCSS, Python, or related technologies.
- Track record of building fast-growing SaaS products.
- Track record of shipping highly intuitive products with strong attention to detail.
- Experience building scalable and extensible solutions across the stack that support multiple product lines.
- Strong programming skills and general computer science knowledge.
- Experience working at early-stage startups is a plus.
