Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application behavior and maintain system reliability and performance.
- Provide technical solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members in problem-solving and technical skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes and system stability.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development; the posting also states a minimum of 7.5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in .NET Full Stack Development, including related front-end and back-end development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and debugging techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and troubleshoot multi-component software environments.
- Familiarity with database management and integration in .NET Full Stack Development projects.
- 15 years of full-time education.
