Responsibilities
- Own tasks that improve security automation and strengthen product security pipelines.
- Explore the use of AI for vulnerability detection and remediation.
- Learn and share knowledge about how vulnerabilities apply to the company’s products.
- Enhance security services with software engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the product department.
- Review outbound email security metrics and maintain email security.
- Maintain the Web Application Firewall ruleset.
- Secure Kubernetes infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain the central HTML sanitization service written in TypeScript.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of security topics including penetration testing, secure software development, vulnerability management, SAST, and DAST.
- Strong programming skills in one or more of TypeScript, JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, Go, or Python.
- Practical knowledge of Unix and Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Experience or familiarity with infrastructure managed through Terraform and Kustomize is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills; German is a plus.
