Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Azure resources and Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
- Support reliable, scalable, secure, and high-performing environments for new and existing SaaS clients.
- Manage infrastructure deployment pipelines and resolve onboarding and operational issues.
- Configure and support third-party software such as identity providers and SFTP in client environments.
- Execute disaster recovery, configuration management, infrastructure readiness, and on-premises-to-Azure migration tasks.
- Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes and provide weekend or on-call support as needed.
- Define and track Service Level Indicators and Service Level Objectives to support platform availability.
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, vendors, and stakeholders on platform evolution and design discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Expertise with Microsoft Azure; AWS exposure is helpful.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform; Bicep, ARM, and Ansible are desirable.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
- Understanding of networking, virtualization, containerization, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Comfort working with Linux and Windows systems, APIs, PowerShell, Bash, and SQL.
- Experience managing onboarding projects and live production operations.
- Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension is a strong plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and interest in continuous learning.
