Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and implement significant components of CrowdStrike’s new cloud architecture.
- Deliver low-latency, highly scalable, and highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
- Partner closely with desktop agent and AI teams.
- Drive improvements in hiring, design reviews, postmortems, code reviews, mentorship, and team technical skills.
- Drive technical decisions across groups and stakeholders and use AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
- Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
- Ability to develop elegant solutions to complex problems, work quickly amid ambiguity, and communicate technical ideas effectively.
- Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and passion for developing teams through code reviews, design reviews, and mentorship.
