Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and implement significant components of CrowdStrike’s next-generation cloud architecture.
- Deliver low-latency, highly scalable services and operate high-volume, highly resilient cloud systems.
- Collaborate with senior technologists and partner with desktop agent and AI teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, postmortems, and team technical capabilities.
- Influence technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.
- Support team development through code reviews, design reviews, and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
- Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
- Ability to develop elegant solutions to complex problems and work effectively amid ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and passion for developing engineering teams.
- Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
