Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, test, analyze, and support software programs and applications.
  • Participate in code and design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
  • Develop program and system documentation.
  • Analyze and resolve software errors accurately and promptly.
  • Consult with users, architects, project leaders, and management to resolve problems and recommend alternatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strongly preferred knowledge of Java and RESTful services.
  • Strongly preferred experience with a modern integrated development environment.
  • Preferred experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, or Angular.
  • Preferred experience with source control management software.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use the tools and software development techniques adopted by the IT Division.
