Base Salary

$90k - $115k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
Build and maintain scalable automation using Flow Builder and Process Builder.
Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning and code reviews.
Implement and maintain deployment pipelines using Salesforce DX and CI/CD frameworks.
Oversee daily operations of the Salesforce org, including user setup and security.
Conduct regular performance audits and enforce data governance standards.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and implement relevant updates.
Maintain documentation of all configurations and customizations.
Own and extend Salesforce integration architecture with various connected systems.
Evaluate and configure third-party AppExchange applications.
Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with internal and external platforms.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship on Salesforce best practices.
Support end-user training and create documentation as needed.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud for subscription management.
Active Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with Salesforce DX and source-driven development workflows.
Ability to design and build REST/SOAP API integrations.
Solid understanding of the Salesforce Security Model.
Strong data modeling skills and experience with custom object design.
Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
