Responsibilities
- Architect and innovate global automation infrastructure for product squads.
- Develop and deploy AI tools to assist manual QA engineers in automation.
- Provide mentorship and code reviews for QA engineers across the company.
- Overhaul and scale Python/Pytest frameworks for high-concurrency environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps to ensure scalable testing environments integrated into deployment pipelines.
- Create complex SQL scripts and data generation utilities for testing environments.
- Leverage monitoring tools to implement 'Shift-Right' testing strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years in QA Automation with 1-2 years in a Lead or Staff capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, including building custom libraries and tools.
- Hands-on experience with modern UI testing frameworks like Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience with AI/ML projects involving LLM integration.
- Strong ability to write complex SQL queries and understand relational databases.
- Experience building infrastructure for other engineers.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
