Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust testing frameworks for API testing.
- Update and fix existing API tests to align with backend changes.
- Develop and enhance the test automation framework for efficient coverage.
- Participate in Agile planning meetings to optimize test coverage.
- Utilize tools like Python, Pytest, and Postman for test automation.
- Engineer complex SQL scripts and leverage AI for test optimization.
- Perform manual QA to identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of QA testing experience with 3+ years in API Test Automation Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python (3-5+ years) or another object-oriented programming language.
- Experience in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
- Exceptional debugging and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
