Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-powered applications, machine learning models, GenAI solutions, and AI agents.
- Build scalable and reusable AI architectures that meet enterprise security, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks, Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions, agent orchestration workflows, and LLM-based applications.
- Integrate AI capabilities with SAP, ERP, CRM, data, collaboration, and custom enterprise applications.
- Design and implement APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures for AI use cases.
- Monitor production model performance, accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.
- Support MLOps and LLMOps practices, including deployment automation, model versioning, and monitoring.
- Optimize model performance, infrastructure utilization, and operational costs.
- Partner with business, product, data, and integration teams to convert use cases into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Typically 3 or more years of relevant experience, with 3–8+ years of software development or AI/ML experience stated as a qualification range.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills, with Python preferred.
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or GenAI and LLMs.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of data engineering and pipelines.
- Experience with Azure or AWS AI services or enterprise AI platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps, including deployment, monitoring, and pipelines, is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise integration and SAP, ERP, or CRM systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A background in SAP systems and projects is a strong plus.
