Responsibilities
- Deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with the Enterprise AI strategy to streamline day-to-day operations.
- Design and manage the enterprise agentic-AI orchestration platform with attention to user experience, security, and governance.
- Partner with Publishing, Infrastructure, IT, Legal, and other functions to identify, prioritize, and ship agents, automations, and copilots from pilot to scale.
- Build and nurture a cross-functional Community of Practice for enterprise AI adoption, including training and enablement.
- Plan, design, build, and unit-test applications collaboratively with other developers.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on production experience with TypeScript, Python, or similar AI-related languages.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, Dify, and n8n, and orchestration tools such as LangGraph and Microsoft AutoGen.
- Experience with knowledge-search technologies, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and large language models including Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Alibaba Qwen.
- Experience in automation and web application development.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Fluent spoken English and Chinese.
- Preferred experience includes game development, image recognition, XR, mobile client or console platform development, and production enterprise AI application design.
- Preferred knowledge includes token-cost optimization, multimodal algorithms such as CLIP, LLAVA, and VALL-E, and TRiSM frameworks for AI.
