Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Create scripts and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain and update software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Understand and support IT service management processes and workflows.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Document development processes and code changes.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience with scripting and automation within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot ServiceNow application issues.
- Understanding of integration techniques between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to work independently and develop subject-matter expertise.
