Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, and maintain automated test scripts and test cases.
- Conduct functional, REST API, third-party application, and software product testing.
- Expand and refactor automation frameworks and debug testing issues.
- Review design specifications to understand product scope, requirements, and functionality.
- Monitor, manage, and report bugs using JIRA and other bug-tracking tools.
- Monitor logs, create virtual environments with different operating systems and databases, and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate testing across multiple products, offices, and teams and provide daily status reports.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- Experience designing, developing, and debugging test automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Maven, Rest Assured, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, functional testing, databases, content management systems, and QA processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven familiarity with object-oriented programming and experience working with Linux and Windows environments.
