Responsibilities
- Automate and streamline application integration and deployment processes across development, operations, and testing teams.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines covering coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Build and customize DevOps tools, user-access workflows, and access provisioning processes.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations between software releases, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment, provide customer support for DevOps tools, and resolve tickets within defined turnaround times.
- Troubleshoot critical or recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and follow escalation procedures when needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory DevOps and Terraform skills.
- Experience supporting DevOps tools and platforms, automating deployment and testing, and collaborating with development teams on coding and scripting.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, meet service turnaround times, and support internal and external customers.
