Responsibilities
- Apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical concepts to software development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on hardware-software interfaces, operational requirements, and system design.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle for embedded real-time control software.
- Develop software test procedures, programs, and related documentation.
- Use modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data, conduct experiments, and evaluate results.
- Participate in peer reviews and identify, track, and repair defects.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics, Digital Arts & Sciences, or a related field.
- Preferred experience or knowledge includes one or more of C++, C#, C, Java, Ruby, JEE, HTML5, XML, SQL, Qt, Windows, .NET, Unix, Linux, SOA, RTOS, real-time controls, wireless, software security, robotics, OOA/OOD, Hadoop, Android, or embedded technologies.
