Responsibilities
- Apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical concepts to develop software for target applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on hardware/software interfaces, requirements, system design, and operational performance.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing of embedded software for real-time control systems.
- Develop software test procedures, programs, and related documentation.
- Use modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results.
- Participate in peer reviews and identify, track, and repair defects.
Requirements
- Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or have completed a bachelor's degree within the last 12 months.
- The degree must be in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, information security, or a related field.
- Experience with or willingness to use programming languages and platforms including C++, C#, C, Java, Ruby, HTML5, XML, SQL, Perl, Python, Ajax, Qt, Windows, Linux, mobile platforms, and embedded real-time operating systems.
