Responsibilities
- Own the marketing website codebase, performance, reliability, and user experience
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performance web pages
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams on landing pages, content, and ABM campaign experiences
- Optimize pages for conversion, SEO, performance, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and security
- Instrument and manage analytics tools to track user behavior
- Run A/B tests and iterate on website experiences based on results
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment environments, and site reliability
- Monitor site traffic and engagement and provide insights and improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling modern marketing websites
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or TypeScript, with strong proficiency in Next.js
- Hands-on experience with analytics instrumentation such as Segment and Google Analytics
- Experience with modern CMS platforms such as Strapi and Webflow
- Experience optimizing web performance and SEO at scale
- Deep understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user behavior tracking
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
- Practical experience with deployment platforms such as Vercel and Netlify
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
