Responsibilities
- Build backend components with Python and FastAPI on AWS serverless architecture, frontend components with React and TypeScript, or a combination of both.
- Participate in daily syncs, planning sessions, demos, and technical deep-dive discussions.
- Contribute to foundational product functionality while learning from experienced engineers and cross-team learning groups.
Requirements
- Be an HPI student with strong computer science and engineering fundamentals.
- Demonstrate knowledge of data structures, algorithms, networking, distributed systems, databases, and related computer science topics.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Have availability for a six-month full-time internship.
- Preferred but not required: exposure to AWS, especially Lambda, and frontend development experience with React or similar frameworks.
