Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ML compiler stack components connecting AI workloads to low-level hardware operators.
- Build software infrastructure for high-performance AI inference.
- Drive software/hardware co-design, kernel optimization, performance tuning, and debugging.
- Scope, plan, and execute projects toward team goals in ambiguous environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience developing software with Python and C++.
- Experience with ML hardware accelerators, ML compiler stacks such as JAX, PyTorch, and XLA, and kernel development.
- Preferred: PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: two years of full-stack system development for hardware accelerators.
- Preferred: two years of collaborative, hyperscale software development and engineering best practices.
