Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments across multiple processes, business units, and geographies.
  • Define integration, data, automation, AI, scalability, security, and production-readiness strategies and make architectural trade-off decisions.
  • Support pre-sales scoping, validate feasibility, shape project scope, and bridge pre-sales commitments with post-sales delivery.
  • Design and standardize Apollo agent workflows, validation checkpoints, quality gates, templates, and AI-augmented delivery patterns.
  • Own solution quality and outcome delivery across a portfolio of at least four concurrent strategic client engagements.
  • Advise VP and C-level customer stakeholders on transformation roadmaps, Process Intelligence maturity, AI readiness, use cases, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with Deployment Engineers on complex implementations and early-stage product deployments.
  • Develop domain or industry expertise and translate it into reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
  • Mentor technical staff, contribute to hiring and candidate calibration, lead enablement sessions, and influence practice standards and the platform roadmap.
  • Feed customer insights and delivery experience back to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators.
  • At least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility on large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to design complex multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, technical trade-offs, and complex IT landscapes.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Celonis platform, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, automation and orchestration, and AI modules.
  • Working knowledge of Python and experience with AI-augmented delivery workflows, context engineering, multi-agent systems, or AI validation at scale.
  • Deep expertise in at least one process domain or industry vertical, such as Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or IT Service Management.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and experience building trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts and architectural trade-offs to technical and business audiences and lead workshops and strategic reviews.
  • Experience mentoring technical staff, setting quality standards, and developing organizational capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
