Base Salary
$174k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own feature areas end to end, from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
- Design, build, and ship production-ready OIG features with a focus on correctness, reliability, and performance.
- Deliver bug fixes and resolve customer-reported issues quickly.
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and uphold a high engineering-quality standard.
- Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams on development and deployment planning.
- Drive technical alignment across teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience with independent ownership of complex production features.
- Experience architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems for enterprise customers.
- Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and data modeling at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, or equivalent JVM/cloud-native languages.
- Experience designing systems for enterprise reliability, scalability, and security, including multi-tenancy, high availability, audit logging, and RBAC/ABAC.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Preferred experience includes IAM/IGA products, workflow or approval/routing systems, enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and modern observability tooling.
