Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for complex business problems.
- Construct, train, evaluate, and optimize artificial intelligence models, including neural networks and decision trees.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and engineer data for model training; coordinate and guide data labelers.
- Integrate algorithm models into business systems and support project implementation and product intelligence upgrades.
- Research and implement audio and video algorithms for surveillance and monitoring, including target detection, feature extraction, tracking, and recognition.
- Maintain documentation of algorithms, experiments, and workflows and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Automatic Control, Operations Research, Biology, Physics, Quantum Computing, Neuroscience, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of workplace experience is preferable.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C, and C++.
- Knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts and strong coding ability.
- Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning algorithms, current state-of-the-art implementations, and neural network model design, tuning, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MxNet, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Project experience with models such as CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, and ViT.
- Experience with model compression and deep learning inference transplantation and optimization across mobile and server platforms is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, independent research capability, and collaborative skills.
