Responsibilities
- Own and support key components within the team.
- Build AI-driven personalized features that improve content discovery and listening experiences.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain native iOS mobile software.
- Improve mobile product performance, interfaces, architecture, and compatibility across iOS devices.
- Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams to define and deliver software.
- Provide technical direction and strategy, drive system architecture, and promote engineering best practices.
- Share technical knowledge through community sessions and hackathons.
- Solve problems effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing situations.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling native iOS or mobile software.
- Ability to design intuitive interfaces and maintain high-performance products.
- Experience contributing to software architecture, implementation, and technical direction.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn backend and contribute across the stack; backend experience is not required.
