Responsibilities
- Translate design intent into working UI while grounding design decisions in technical feasibility.
- Build prototypes early to identify opportunities, mistakes, and overlooked details before production.
- Advocate for UX and the end user in cross-functional discussions involving content, creative direction, product, and engineering.
- Implement polished, accessible, production-grade user interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product partners.
- Build internal tools that streamline the broader UX process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or another relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience working at the intersection of design and engineering.
- Proficiency with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS.
- Experience with Azure or a comparable cloud platform.
- Strong command of accessibility standards and a track record of shipping polished, production-grade UI.
- Fluency in prototyping tools and workflows, with sound judgment about prototype objectives.
- Ability to translate precisely among designers, engineers, and product partners.
- Strong end-user experience perspective and confidence advocating for it.
