Base Salary
$240k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship backend services for custody, transfers, and compliance workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers in a cross-functional team.
- Take ownership of a service or capability and lead medium-scope projects.
- Improve system reliability through better logging, tracing, and failure handling.
- Drive cross-service initiatives and shape technical direction.
Requirements
- Experience with backend development, preferably in Go and TypeScript/Node.js.
- Familiarity with service patterns like gRPC and REST.
- Knowledge of data processing technologies such as Postgres, Redis, and Kafka.
- Ability to navigate compliance requirements in a regulated environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
