Base Salary
$240k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship backend services for custody, transfers, and compliance workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers in a cross-functional team.
- Take ownership of a service or capability and lead medium-scope projects.
- Improve system reliability through better logging, tracing, and failure handling.
- Drive cross-service initiatives and shape technical direction.
Requirements
- Experience with Go and TypeScript/Node.js; familiarity with Rust is a plus.
- Proficiency in designing APIs and building high-throughput systems.
- Strong understanding of observability tools and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and container orchestration.
