Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers to iterate on gameplay concepts and specifications.
- Implement new gameplay systems and player-facing features in AtomEngine.
- Profile, analyze, and optimize gameplay systems for high performance.
- Design gameplay features considering client-server logic and state replication.
- Partner with QA teams to validate features and address gameplay issues.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for system behavior and interfaces.
Requirements
- 3+ years of game engine or gameplay engineering experience.
- Experience shipping and supporting live service games.
- Familiarity with popular game engines like Godot, Unity, or Unreal.
- Experience optimizing performance of gameplay systems.
- A player experience-focused mindset at massive scales.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to federal contract requirements.
